[The distance from the reputation of characters]
It never ceases to amaze me that some people are defamed in eyes of some. It is as if some people could do something to the contrary, are still visible in some negative way. It must be very frustrating for a person who discover they have a reputation can not shake.
To illustrate this point, say two people have been known for years, but grew up together. An increase in the conclusion of the perception that the other was "stingy" with money. Now, the perception is a reality for them, but has not been much to support this perception. Sometimes even a concern and comment on "apparent" excessive frugality of that person. The person suspected of being too frugal or stingy is not impressed by a story or event of frugality meant that the reputation of "stuck" in what seems a lifetime. The reality of this situation point of view of others is in fact this person is really something, in fact, maybe sometimes a little waste of money, and they are far from selfish with your money, the trade without hesitation.
This is sometimes the difference between our real and the reputation less reliable. People who seem determined to uphold the reputation vivo are generally engaging in negative gossip and it seems that love of fiction in their own lives, especially if it comes at the expense of someone else. This is obviously very bad relationship that can never grow in love in this environment.
The character is a more reliable indicator of a person, is the truth about us. It also expect that person to respond and how they are going to 95 percent of the time. Character and decisions have an interdependent relationship with virtue. The more you decide to be the virtue of good practices and better, as good and compassionate, the more our character is strengthened in us and for persons other than us, so kind and compassionate. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy to act in certain ways, for example, when we exercise control self by a decision, we can strengthen our character around the virtue of self-control.
Abraham Lincoln said, "Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of him, the tree is the real thing Another, Thomas Paine said: ". Reputation is what men and women think of us, character is what God and angels know us. "However, another, Elbert Hubbard said:" The reputation of many a man does not know his character if they met on the street. "
Whether in comparison, like a shadow of a tree, or what humans know of us from God, it seems that these events often reinforce the distance between the reputation and truth of our character.
Where this leaves us to find a reputable? It seems that all you can really do is decide to be good, reliable and faithful, and let's reputation is shaped like you, hoping that our true character actually look like what it is.
But know this: If you have a bad reputation and people are not willing to change their perception that, even with the evidence that has changed, however, they know they are probably malicious heart and do not worry; Heaven and earth will tremble at the falsity of them.
Good new, of course, is people with a commitment to live in the reality of the truth, you will find changes in the property and reputation will change for the better.
Decide for the good, and consistent, focusing more on his character and reputation.
