No budget
Frankly, it costs a lot to promote the theatrical version. Although technology has revolutionized the movie low budget decision, it does nothing to overcome the costs of actually promoting and releasing a film in theaters. When you consider that movies and popular success last year under the budget, Paranormal, become a little more than $ 10,000, but it takes tens of millions to promote and release them, it is easy to understand why some studios and producers simply do not do - or not - bother with a theatrical release.
